"My Fridge Freezer packed up overnight. I rang D&G who insure it at 7.30am they gave me JST's number, I sent a text at 7.40am I received a text back at 7.43am asking for more details which I gave, I then received a text back telling me Jonathan would be with me between 9 & 9.30am that same day, he brought the part which he thought I needed, it was correct and by 9.10am my Fridge Freezer was up and running and I was at work at 9.45am. How is that for service?? Absolutely "excellent".
